The Square Side Urn (k)
The Square Side Keepsake Urn is the first urn that was created specifically for the Keepsake collection. This Urn is made from native Oklahoma pecan trees.
The lumber was salvaged and rough cut from pecan trees that were damaged in storms. “These trees were going to end up being pushed into a burn pile and disposed of” said Mr. Brummett. As an avid nature enthusiast, he couldn’t allow all of the damaged timber go to waste and has since made it a tradition to harvest and process storm damaged trees ever since.
When ask why not just purchase the lumber, wouldn’t it be easier, Mr. Brummett responded “it would be much easier. Although its environmentally friendly and sometimes its almost feels like someone is there motivating me and looking over my shoulder to ensure my safety. That feeling alone is worth it.”
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Each urn is customized with the name and dates of the deseased. That being said we do not accept refunds. It is the responsibility of you the client to ensure that you are choosing the right urn prior to payment. In the event that we made an error on the customization of the urn please mail the urn back to us with a letter describing the error. we will then take that information and compare it with the information that was initally provided. in the event that we made the error we will replace the urn. If we did not make the error we will call you to discuss and to give you pricing to repair the urn when possible.
SHIPPING INFO
Shipping will be at the cost of the client. all shipping rates will be based off of your location and is auto-calculated by USPS to determine the price. American Made Urns Is not responsible for the cost of the shiping as well as the product once it leaves the premisis of our shop. We do a mandatory check of each and every product prior to packaging to ensure that the urn is as you the client ordered and is free any damage. This ensures that your product is as ordered and is in new contition at the time of shipment.
