The DIY Accent Urn
The Accent (NF) Natural Finish Urn is built exactly the same as the original Copper Accent Urn, where it differs is in the options.
DIY Memorial: a memorial that comes straight from the heart. This package is complete with a step by step guide that leads you through the finishing process to aid in your efforts helping ensure that quality high gloss finish your looking for is received.
(The copper inlay is provided as a standard with purchase. The darker stain shall be used in the same areas shown on the urn illustrated in the pictures to the right.)
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Each urn is customized with the name and dates of the deseased. That being said we do not accept refunds. It is the responsibility of you the client to ensure that you are choosing the right urn prior to payment. In the event that we made an error on the customization of the urn please mail the urn back to us with a letter describing the error. we will then take that information and compare it with the information that was initally provided. in the event that we made the error we will replace the urn. If we did not make the error we will call you to discuss and to give you pricing to repair the urn when possible.
SHIPPING INFO
Shipping will be at the cost of the client. all shipping rates will be based off of your location and is auto-calculated by USPS to determine the price. American Made Urns Is not responsible for the cost of the shiping as well as the product once it leaves the premisis of our shop. We do a mandatory check of each and every product prior to packaging to ensure that the urn is as you the client ordered and is free any damage. This ensures that your product is as ordered and is in new contition at the time of shipment.
